Personal training: Individual or small group (2-3) instruction. Workouts are tailored for each client and can include strength, cardiovascular, flexibility and relaxation elements. Each session designed to meet personal goals, leaving clients feeling empowered and energized. Erin Hurst is a personal trainer, wellness planner and yoga and pilates instructor. My purpose is to help others achieve optimal health through positive lifestyle and behavioral changes. I believe that we each define our own state of optimal health. As your service provider I will help you discover your personal state of optimal health and work with you to develop a balanced lifestyle that best supports you.
